Stress and anxiety go hand-in-hand as both can affect people in many different ways, both mentally and physically. Counselling can help you learn to recognize how stress and anxiety affect you and develop coping skills to face those challenges head-on.

Trauma affects everyone differently, and we want to help you process and heal from those experiences. Trauma processing doesn't always mean talking about your trauma, using Somatic approaches allows you to process your trauma in the here-and-now.
Addictions can range from substances to behaviours, such as social media or gambling. We can help you understand how your addiction impacts your life, identify goals for change, whether that is decreasing use or complete abstinence. We offer in-person and online counselling options that can help navigate the recovery process.
